Yes. The signing flow is designed for a phone first, and the signer needs no account or app.
How do you know the right person signed?
The signer must hold the link sent to their email and enter a one-time passcode sent to that same address before the document opens. That proves control of the email address, the standard for a Simple Electronic Signature. It is not a passport or ID check.
Can we keep the signed record on file?
Yes. Every completed envelope produces a sealed PDF and an audit trail you can download and file, and anyone you share the verification code with can check the document.
